SF 175 S Series
Solar Frontier’s new S-Series modules offer the highest conversion efficiency of any mass-produced thin-film module, up to 14.25%.
The modules are available with power outputs of 175 Watts with 1500V IEC / 1500V UL.
SF 70 EX A
SF 70 EX A modules have high temperature stability due to their lower temperature coefficient. Hence there is smaller loss in conversion efficiency and you get overall higher output. CIS panels produce more electricity per kilowatt-peak of modules installed. These modules work exceptionally well in low light conditions, making it particularly advantageous in early morning and in late evening hours.
Solar Frontier’s unique CIS technology uses zero cadmium, is lead-free, and do not require special recycling.
SF 150-170 S Series
Solar Frontier’s new S-Series modules offer the highest conversion efficiency of any mass-produced thin-film module, up to 13.8%. The modules are available with power outputs of 150 Watts up to 170 Watts.
